Welcome to our factory store.

Tucked in a cozy corner of our factory is the Rickshaw Bagworks store- the only place in the world to check out our entire collection in person. In the past year, we’ve made the store larger, designed new fixtures, added tidbits of our personal bicycle collections, and some iconic merchandise from some of our favorite local designers.

The store was designed to make designing a custom messenger bag and experience. It’s easy and comfortable (see thrones upholstered in Performance Tweed) and you get to see the entire factory where your bag will be assembled or literally made from scratch.  Our customizer wall features removable fabric swatches to use in your design. Whether you’e looking for our iconic Zero Messenger bag, skip-cover iPad case, or best-selling laptop bags, we also have a great stock of e carry an array of ready-made bags in our favorite colorways to pull from for inspiration or pull off the shelf and leave with that day.
We always have some exclusive store-only one-of-a-kind editions that we’ve made just for fun.  Some very lucky customers have walked away with iPad sleeves made out of jean pockets, limited edition corduroy bags, and even vintage fabric bags made by our CEO.
Come visit us next time you’re  in the city, drop by for a personalized inside look at our bags and the factory where each and every messenger bag, laptop sleeve and folio are made to order in our own factory, right here in San Francisco.  We look forward to seeing you!

Hey folks, I am planning a Pacific Coast tour from Seattle, Washington to San Diego then crossing the Southern Tier of the US to St. Simons, Ga.  When I pass through San Fran, I sure would like to stop by and check out your place.  The Tour is for ActiveHereos.org and its a fundraiser for military families facing hardship.  The tour is being set up, routed and I am trying to get my stops planned.  The actual tour is in summer 2014 —

I’m interested in your Messenger bag for the iPad2. I am using a bag that is unwieldy right now. I am in a wheelchair and your bag looks like it would be much easier to use. I need a little time to think it over before I order, but it will be the tweed look when I do. I found your ad on my Facebook page if you are interested in that information.

    Sincerely,
    Patricia Klun
